Can MultiZilla interfere with Quick Launch?

On my work computer, which is Windows XP, the Seamonkey Quick Launch
has stopped working properly since my latest reboots. I updated
MultiZilla with the nightly of 10/21. Is this just a coincidence, or
can MultiZilla really interfere with Quick Launch somehow? I can't
remember if I have rebooted since 1.1.12 so maybe it's just a SM
problem.

Here is what happens:

Boot computer
Seamonkey quick launch auto-loads, I get SM icon in notification area
Seamonkey opens properly the first time. I close it
Seamonkey fails to open after that, i have to disable quick launch and
kill seamonkey.exe
Seamonkey starts properly without quick launch

QL is not really needed since this computer is fast enough that SM
loads almost instantly once it is cached anyway, but it is a curiosity
since it has always worked fine before.
