I went to the URL provided and MultiZilla blocked a popup for me.

If there's a nasty script coming from clicksor.net as Lewis suggests,
you could also block that in MultiZilla directly using the 'scripts' tab
of the Permission Manager.

These ads appear to be getting served from the dreadful "clicksor.net" 
domain (google that, and see how many hits you get).

Try the Noscript extension, which does indeed seem to keep these 
!@#$%ards from coming up. You'll need to then ad whitelist entries for 
trusted sites, as it blocks all by default, but it does do the job.

http://noscript.net/ (Note that this page doesn't seem to render very 
well under SeaMonkey, but at least the extension - yes, even the 
latest version - installs without complaint.)
