Ron, I've spoken at length with Firefox support people and they're completely OK asking users to go to About->Troubleshooting rather than About->Firefox to give them the data they need to troubleshoot with the user. It's a much better resource than the about dialog for support and it's being managed by the support team for just that purpose. If it's not sufficient, please work with the Mozilla support team to make it sufficient, but they tell me that About->Troubleshooting is much more useful than About->Firefox ever was. - A
