We are actually channeling too many people to Bugzilla whose issues are not things we really should have in Bugzilla. Normal users usually have support requests, and those should be on support sites. Bugzilla is for tracking work items, not support requests, and it requires some skill to report all necessary info in Bugzilla, which many ordinary users don't have. It also requires the commitment of waiting for and testing a fix, and reacting to further questions asked by developers, which too many "ordinary user" bug reporters don't have, from my experience. We want their reports and want to help them, but not really in Bugzilla, SUMO is a better place there. If their issue is really a bug, then it can "graduate" from SUMO to Bugzilla under guidance from someone who can make the bug report a success - but most normal users don't want to bother with a bug tracker in my experience and should not need to.
