That is not the objective of this feature change. That is an overall 
objective though.

The objective of this feature change is to provide users with the best 
possible explanation for the most common question they'll ask when 
opening the about dialog while at the same time removing any possible 
confusion they might have that will increasingly exist because of how 
rapid-release versions of Firefox are advertised by Mozilla (no version 
number in our announcements or web sites) and by the press and the 
quickly stale information that will accumulate on the web about older 
Firefox releases.
