That's one reason why malware and botnets are so successful, yes. And I think a strong sign that something is wrong in how most software works today, and that we need to change something. Mozilla is trying to find ways for that, others should as well. Nobody is saying that our way of trying it is the best, but we don't have better ideas right now so we are trying with what the pretty intelligent minds in our community have come up with.
