Suggestion: Better Firefox-Menu

Firefox is great, but the Firefox-menu in the upper right corner has a
bad usability.
1. The items should be in one column instead of two.
2. There should be less submenus. It would be better, to place more
items on the first level and group them by horizontal rulers. (E.g.
"new window" should be on first level and even if not, it's a bad
naming that you have to choose "new tab" for seeing "new window".)
