I am using TBird 3.04 on Windows XP SP3+ and I do not have a Messages submenu under View, regardless of whether I am reading POP3 messages or newsreader messages. I am curious about this because a message about a related issue on Mozilla.Support.Thunderbird referred to that submenu also, and I have never seen it. I guess I would put that submenu on the wishlist for the next release.
