I'd like to support this request.  Moving the mouse as 
precisely as necessary to get to submenus is becoming more 
difficult as I age, and I'm only 61.  It is also nearly 
impossible for my friends with Parkinson's, and I am sure 
there are other disabilities which create similar problems. 
  Perhaps one of the younger developers can take on this 
project as a favor to the users with special needs, who will 
be grateful.
