Wanted: more control over e-mail scam warnings

At least one member of a Yahoo! group of which I am also a member puts 
the URL (in IP address form) of his web cam in his sig. So every message 
of his triggers the "may be an e-mail scam" warning. I wish there was a 
way of having particular senders or particular IP addresses excluded 
from triggering the warning.
