Hi, It's just that, in life, I have to struggle with the yahoo mail interface, that very often, when you try to download an attached file, simply..."fails". You say download, specify where you want it to be, click OK, see the green arrow icon at the top right corner of the browser window...but when you click there, in front of the download, you see "failed". The only solution is to try over and over again until it finally works. It happens, say, once every three to ten downloads. But it's very annoying, because you think of something as downloaded, and it's only because of ANOTHER strange behavior of Firefox (re-trying failed downloads of the last session upon startup), that I actually spot these failed downloads, and go to yahoo mail, and squeeze the juice out of it until it finally accepts to give me that file. So, a convenient solution to that would be to mark the failed downloads somehow in the icon. No, a failed download should not be green! Why isn't it red. The arrow has only three states now: downloads just finished (green), no new downloads (black) and downloading at the moment (progress bar). I would suggest to add this fourth status: all the downloads are finished, but one of them failed, so the arrow is red. I'm waiting for your comments and reactions on this suggestion! Thank you for having this well-defined community group about suggestions Andrei
