add OCR function

     have OCR (optical character recognition) function in firefox.
while on the web, sometimes in the 'Help' or 'HOW TO DO' instruction 
pages, the author use screen shots of a page of words or the menu of 
their product. would be helpful if such information is converted into 
real words so the blind can use their text-to-speech software to read 
the information. now only the sighted have the benefit of the screenshot 
but not the blind.
