Support for Fontconfig

I have reworked the font-matching logic in spumux. Previously, the value 
of the “font” attribute in the <textsub> tag had to explicitly match a 
filename.

Now, however, I have added a further option, where if it can’t find a 
file with that name, it will use fontconfig if available to find a 
matching font. For example, on my system it is sufficient to say 
“font="Gentium"”, and the following additional message appears:

INFO: found font file /usr/share/fonts/truetype/ttf-sil-gentium/GenR102.ttf
