I hadn't considered this was a DVD spec issue, but you're probably right. And your idea for a fix was a good one!

 

...if I could only get up to date MinGW compiles of DVDAuthor, that would be great! (MinGW feels like it runs DVDAuthor about 2-3x faster than Cygwin). If not, I can think of one or two other ways to fairly easily get rid of that final pause="inf" in each title.
