Problem creating complex menu

I am attempting to create a DVD disk with a menu pointing to 14 videos. The menu is laid at thus: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 However whenever I do it the 13 and 14 buttons do not work, and actually if i tab through it I see that there location is treated as if it was the same as 1 and 2 (i.e. the tab order is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 1 , 2, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5...). If i move 13 and 14 to the top, then the new last two (i.e. that were 11 and 12) are the ones that no longer function. I have attached the files that i use.
