Those buttons move between “programs”, which are one of the hierarchy
of grouping units within a title

You could join up the slides into a smaller number of input MPEG files,
and set up <cell program="yes" ...> tags, one each covering the
duration of each slide. You are allowed up to 255 programs per PGC, and
up to 999 PGCs per title
