Re: Title Limit Workaround For PowerPoint Presentation DVD?

It's VERY difficult to precisely align the chapter/cells combining multiple slides into a single m2v file, due to the 29.97 frame-rate conversions, IBP-frame placement, and so on. Especially since I need to keep the actual slide duration short to make everything fit on disc. (0.5s - 1s / 2s max)

I have played with your idea and haven't gotten consistent results yet. Various players do interesting things. Especial MPlayer Home Cinema: I split the presentation into 6 chapters with 20 or so slides in each, and it would advance to slide 6 (counting a chapter each time) then advance to title 2 instead of program 7... But my hardware DVD player also acted odd. In a second title, it would play to program 52 and then the hand (disallowed) icon would appear whenever I hit the next-track button. Pressing Play repeatedly would allow me to continue advance, but the back button would jump back to program 52. :P

How hard would it be to add an attribute to the VOB, marking it as a chapter or just a program like we do with cells? It seems this might solve the problem possibly.

How about adding support for multiple PGCs per title? I can see that being very useful too! So far, other than Scenarist, I'm not finding any other tool that can build these presentations.
