help with XML files

Hello -

I've been using dvdauthor for quite some time, but only for very simple
disks.  Current project is somewhat more complex.

1) Could someone please post an example of an XML file that includes a
multipage menu, where each page of the menu includes a "play all" button,
as well as scrolling buttons to the next and previous pages of the menu?

2) At least on my DVD player, the "top menu" button only seems to work if the
first menu is listed in the VMGM section of the XML.  Is this common?
