No responses as of yet.  Is this mailing list still alive?

After some experimentation, was able to create a multipage menu;  
relevant part of the xml pasted in below.
Also, a close reading of the dvdauthor documentation seemed to show  
that putting <pgc entry="title"> in the
menu section of vmgm is the way to make the main menu accessible via  
the "top menu" button on the DVD remote.
