Hi Marcus,

   thank you so much for the quick answer! I am afraid that this does 
not help: I already tried replacing the card by another one (they are 
very old and not available since long) but without avail. I am afraid 
that something happened to the camera. I shall be on vacations for about 
2 weeks but shall come back to you with a debuglogfile. I find it quite 
strange that all seems to work except from capturing a photo!
