Nikon D5100 burst error

Hello everybody,
I need to do quick doubleshot through libgphoto and I perfectly can do
this with SD card.
But if I try to avoid using it I have an error for first shot. Each next
one in burst seria is ok, but each first one is failure.
Can you suggest me how to operate in this case avoiding the failure?
gphoto2 --auto-detect --shell
