Announcement: libgphoto2 and gphoto2 2.5.20 release

Hi folks,

Summer has been long in Germany, so there have not been many changes accumulating.

Core fixes of the release are:

- Some Canon EOS regressed in 2.5.19 as I added versioned OLC reading and reported
  incorrect ISO , aperture or shutterspeeds.

  This should be fixed now.

- Apple iOS declares it can provide PTP 1.1 style Filesystem Manifests, but it seems
  what they return different data than described in the standard.

Also some bugfixes, translation updates and new ids, and for gphoto2 also some additional shell commands.
