Gphoto2 & libgphoto2 on a Mac. How to update?

Hi folks,

At the moment I am running gphoto2 2.5.17 / libgphoto2 2.5.19 / libgphoto2_port 0.12.0 on a Macbook Pro with high Sierra 10.13.6.
How can I upgrade to the newer versions. Tried via terminal  with the commands „upgrade“ and „update“ both didn’t work. Uncle Google
Has now answer or I am to def to get it. Anyone a hint?
