Plan on no longer installing outdated camera drivers

Hi folks,

I am planning to do some spring cleaning, and no longer "install" 
outdated camera drivers by default. As all the drivers are loaded
during autoprobing, this will also gives a small startup speedup.

In general the rule I am looking for "over 10 years no functional changes"
which might reflect reality quite well.

I plan to still build the drivers by default to avoid direct bitrot,
just not install them anymore. (A configure option will be added to
allow installing all of them).

I did some evaluation with notes below, which would decrease
the number of default installed drivers from 65 to 15.

Note that some old drivers are named to current day cameras, but
these are usually all covered in the PTP driver these days.

If you know of some active camera users in the obsoleted list, please speak up
with the camera model in use.
