Thanks for your help! I probably should have been more exact about what I'm trying to accomplish. I'm taking images to create time lapse videos where the focus is changing. I would like to keep things in the raw format for more flexibility as I'm printing some of these images as well My C programming skills are non existent unfortunately but I'll see what I can accomplish.
