Problems in DiscDB lookup on Redhat Enterprise 3

Hi,

I've compiled Grip 3.2.0 in a Redhat Enterprise Linux 3 installation. The
compilation went fine, and most grip functions are ok. The problem I have is
that it crashes most of the time when going through a FreeDB lookup (for any
CD). The times it doesn't crash, it seems to enter in an endless loop (at
least the Disc DB communication icon doesn't disappear). The message output
to the console (when it doesn't crash) is:

Xlib: unexpected async reply (sequence 0x1742)!

I don't know if it makes any difference, but the FreeDB request is going
through an authenticated HTTP proxy.
Running with the --verbose option doesn't seem to produce any helpful
information.
Can anyone help ?

Thanks,

Wesley
