notification area patch update

Hey All,
          I've added some more functionality to the na patch

* Left click NA will show/hide main Grip window
* Right click menu fleshed out and 'Play' actually plays the disc!

I'm planning on implementing the rest of the menu, but to do it
'cleanly' I want to hack at the cdplay.c and rip.c modules to add some
functionality (like TogglePlay and StartRipEncode) so the tray.c
module isn't reimplementing stuff.  So if thats cool someone with some
rank on this project should let me know ;-)

Also, I think I'm going to change the tooltips some to make them look
better and convey more pertinent info, so any suggestions are welcome.
That and make some icons for the menu, so if someone has a better way
to make icons then me massacaring some poor .png file then speak up.

Finally, I updated the patch entry on sf.net for this patch.  The
patch number is 1002979.  Please download from there.

P.S. nazgul77 on sf.net: this patch should include your german
translations, since thats the codebase I started working with when I
picked up this project again.
