notification area icon patch final

Well tonight I finished up the last bit of work on the notification area patch.

First, I was a complete and utter newb.  The reason my patch file was
so big when I last submitted it was because I forgot to feed diff the
'-x grip' option; so the actual executable was included in the patch
:-/  Thats all fixed now, and the patch is attached to this email and
is on the patches page at sf.net (#1002979)

Here is the complete list of implemented features:

* Tray Icon; runtime toggling to display it or not (Config -> Misc ->
Show tray icon)
* Left click show/hide main window
* Right click popup menu with these functions: Play/Pause, Stop,
Previous, Next, Rip and     Enc, and Quit
* Tooltips for Idle, Playing a song, and Ripping/Encoding CD
* Menu insensitive when ripping/encoding
* Minor german translations from nazgul

As always any suggestions or improvements are welcome.

Finally I want to tip my hat to the developers of Grip.  The project
is very well laid out, thought through, and implemented.  It was
hacking and exploring the codebase.

Now, I'm going to rip me some CD's! Enjoy!
