Grip reads it's config file on startup and writes back changed settings on shutdown. I used a two drives to rip faster. My solution is: 1. Run Grip. 2. Run a second copy of Grip. 3. Change the drive setting of that copy. 4. Quit that copy. 5. Run again a second copy of Grip.
