Hi, I have a problem on encoding the ripped files~

Hi, 
 
 I am recently using Grip to rip cds and some problems came up. Grip couldn't encode the wav files into mp3 files. The erro message is as below:
 
 "Invalid encoder executable
 
 Check your encoder config, and ensure it specifies the full path to the encoder executable."
 
 I tried all of the encoders under the encoder config tab but none of them worked out right. What sould I do? The program works perfectly well on ripping wav files.
