grip stops in between tracks

Hi,

just discoverd grip and have been using and enjoying it.  I did about 20
cd's without problem and then for reasons I can't discern grip started
pausing in between tracks while it was ripping.  this makes it
significantly less convenient, since I have to keep interacting with it
every time I want to do a track.  I'm not sure what the issue is -- I
assume I hit a configuration button in the config section somewhere, but
I can't figure out what it might be.  anyway it makes grip somewhat more
frustrating to use as now I can't rip unattended.  

this is with grip 3.3.1 on ubuntu edgy.
