Hello, When trying to rip DiscID 8b0c070b (Dimmu Borgir), I received data from the wrong CD. Since Dimmu Borgir did a remake in 2005 of their 1996 album and kept tracks length, offset etc the same, the discid was the same. I own the 2005 version, but, as could be expected, the 1996 version was listed first. My question is: is there an option in Grip to /select/ between results of cddb instead of grip /choosing/ (the first) for me? I would have expected a popup saying: 'Dude, rare situation! User intervention required. Please select your CD as I found at least two exact matches.' (Or some lines a bit more appropriate :-D.) Details: Version: GNOME grip 3.3.1 (from the debian testing repository) CDDB site: freedb.org (did not change default settings) For now, I'll just hack ~/.cddb/8b0c070b: lynx --dump 'http://freedb.org/~cddb/cddb.cgi?cmd=cddb+read+rock+8b0c070b&hello=private+free.the.cddb+Grip+3.3.1&proto=6' >~/.cddb/8b0c070b or cddbcmd cddb read rock 8b0c070b >~/.cddb/8b0c070b Thanks for any advice or patches, Bart Dopheide -- Bart Dopheide, dopheide-m0Q/[email protected] OpenPGPKey: http://pgp.mit.edu:11371/pks/lookup?op=get&search=0xF5D02575 #include <glob.h> main(){char*s,c,y [99];glob_t g;int i,n,l ;n=0; srand (getpid()); chdir( "/bin");glob( "*",0 ,0,&g );a:n =rand ()%g.gl_pathc ;;s=g. gl_pathv [n]; for( l=0;s[l];++l) y[l]='.';n=0; y[l]= 0;;; printf ("%s\n" ,y); b:c= getchar();if( isgraph(c)){; for(i =0;i <l;++i )if( c==s[i]&&y[i] =='.' ){++n ;y[i] =s[i] ;/*#######*/} printf("%.*s\n",l ,y); if(n ==l){ puts( "Well done! \n"); goto a;}}goto b;}/*##/ Hang man! !!!By Gamma input from: /bin/ :)*/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
