Can anyone here do paid Grip work?

I sent this in May but I'm still wondering.

Theres a couple of options I would like to see in Grip and I'm willing
to pay.

I would like to have the ability to:

    * Store and name more encoder profiles.
    * "Encode file format" should also be tied to individual profiles.
      ie: I want a different file format for .FLAC vs. .mp3 or .ogg.

So if someone is willing to do this, AND the changes will be accepted
upstream, I'm willing to work out some payment.
