lost Grip encoder settings

Hello, looking for some help...I've been using Grip version 3.3.1 with
Ubuntu Gutsy to encode 128kbps AAC files for use with a 3rd Generation
ipod nano/Gtkpod. My problem is that I've accidentally lost the default
settings for FAAC for entry into the following boxes:
Encoder command line
Encoder file format
M3U file format
Can someone point me in the right direction?
All I want Grip to do is create 128kbps encoded AAC files in a given
directory on a second drive, to a folder that is the artist name, with
subfolders for the album name & track names. Track numbers aren't
required. I have absolutely no clue about the switches, so some help
there would be appreciated too. It's my intention to move onto the
AACplus encoder to create files of the type listed previously. Given
that the Nano is only 4gigs in size, I'd be keen to hear anyone's
experiences using the AACplus encoder if it gives an improvement over
quality & smaller filesizes.
