You will not be able to stream MPEG-4 video because you will not have  
the proper codec. MPEG4V requires a large payment
to be made to the MPEG-LA group for each unit shipped, which we can  
not afford to do for the Helix Community. MPG4 audio
should work fine. If you need access to the MPEG4-video codec code,  
you need to sign an additional license from the Helix
community and then sign a license with MPEG-LA if you want to  
distribute the codecs.
