Yes you need to add a SetSDKPath entries for OMX_INCLUDE and OMX_LIB as
well to point to where the OMX headers and libs are. Location of these
two paths would be platform/device dependent. 

You need these two SDK paths if you want to build datatype/omx modules.
datatype/omx shouldn't be included in a normal/generic realplayer build
though since there won't be OMX acceleration support anyway on a generic
Linux (I assume you are building for IA32 Linux) platform.
