How to Repeat:
1)Run producer from command line on windows OS.
c:\producer
2)Observe that producer displayes following msg.
Helix(TM) DNA Producer 9.2 Build number: 9.2.0.493
Help file "E:\helix\1583\plus\rsappencode\resources\producerhelp.txt" not found

Actual Result:
Helix(TM) DNA Producer 9.2 Build number: 9.2.0.493
Help file "E:\helix\1583\plus\rsappencode\resources\producerhelp.txt" not found

Expected Result: 'producerhelp.txt' is missing in 'resources' directory.
