[Open-licensing] RCSL Commercial client license questions

Hello, In reviewing the RCSL Commercial, I have a number of questions about royalties and branding. For example, the cap on royalties for device manufacturers -- we're not a manufacturer, but does the cap apply to us since we are not selling MPEG server software vendor? Or, if one of our manufacturer licensees already has a Helix or RealPlayer license, do we have to charge them the Helix/RealPlayer royalty again? For branding, the RCSL Commercial (v2.0, page 20) has a bullet at the top that says "when built on third party media applications", but doesn't seem to have the logo requirements for that category.
