I'm not sure where you can get it.  Perhaps a server developer can
chime in?  If not, you can build it from source.  The module is
datatype/text/realtext/fileformat (use this target when building:
"datatype_text_realtext_fileformat").  There are also
server-specific helixcommunity email lists in which someone might
be of help (e.g., you can try [email protected]).
