Hi Matthew, The Helix DNA Server is for developers that want to build media server applications on top of it... is this one of the things you want to do? It does not have all the features of the Helix Server products https://helix-server.helixcommunity.org/2003/devdocs/helix_server_comparision.html Note the version available under the RPSL (Real Public Source License) will not stream RARV either. We current use the free version of realproducer to broadcast a realmedia stream via the internet. We would like to switch to using the open source versions of the producer and server for a variety of reasons. Could you direct me to some information as to which (if any) license we would need to sign and/or pay royalties for to use the open source helix server and helix producer in this context. thank-you, Matthew Fortune -- Head of Computing University Radio York -- _______________________________________________ Open-licensing mailing list [email protected] http://lists.helixcommunity.org/mailman/listinfo/open-licensing Scott Nelson Dir.
