Welcome to the Helix Community!  I assume from your email that the usage of 
Producer is strictly for the university station.

Several things, if that is the case:

You should have agreed to the binary 
license:  https://helixcommunity.org/beula/
Info about the Producer SDK is here:  https://producersdk.helixcommunity.org/
The latest Producer SDK is available here(requires you be a community 
member, and login first):
https://helixcommunity.org/project/showfiles.php?group_id=50

If you aspire to do more, then please email back with additional details of 
planned applications or distribution.
