[Open-licensing] Use of mpeg4

Hello,

I want to use the mpeg4-codec in the helix-player 1.4.1 branch. The
company I work for has a valid mpeg4 license. When I try to access this
page: https://rarvcode-mpeg4combo.helixcommunity.org/ I get an error
that the project administrator has to grant his permission, so how can I
contact him and what kind of evidence do you like to have to give your okay?
