Hello Fuxin and list,

Below is the information you requested. Sorry for the delay. Can
you email me more information about what you are planning to do and where
you are located please?

INSTRUCTIONS

To gain access to the restricted RealAudio/RealVideo codec source code
and documentation for porting and optimizing everyone needs to
register a user
account at the Helix Community using a company email address and your
company needs to return a complete
Real Format Source Code Porting and Optimization License .

When the port is complete you then passed the testing (TCK) and check in
your ported code to the Community. If you want to distribute the ported
code in a product or for commercial purposes your company needs a RCSL
Commercial Use license. There are two types.

1. Helix DNA Client + Codecs
RCSL Commercial Use license.

2. Codecs only
Real Format Client Code Commerical Use license.

All licenses should be returned to "Helix Community Manager" at
fax # 206-674-3584 .

I recommend you join some of these mailing lists.
https://community.helixcommunity.org/2005/mailinglists and there are
additional ones that you can use after we accept your license to port the
codecs.

Thank you,

Scott Nelson

We want to be a licensee, but we are not sure where and who should
we

send the license to?

Please help.
