Gnomad2 with MTP support

I just released Gnomad2 2.8.3 which has experimental support for libmtp in 
it. Transfering tracks will (sort of) work but probably only when you run 
it as root. You'll probably need to compile up libmtp 0.0.2 from source 
and so on.

Richards XNJB has all the playlists and datafiles in place already but I'm 
working on all that too. The trick is to design a clean library interface 
which is quite fun but takes some time.

Feedback on success stories and so on are welcome, quite a few people have 
been asking about MTP support for a while...
