my routine

1.mux the video using latest mkvtoolnix --->success
2.validate using mkvalidator ---->no error
3.clean using mkclean  ----> no error
4.validate again using mkvalidator ------> error

issue:step 4 output has error312 for example ERR312: CueEntry Track #1 and
timecode 20852 ms not found

mkv file is movie h.265 video aac audio srt subtitle
using mkclean 0.8.7 and 0.8.9
windows 10 x64 pc
all steps done on file existing on external ntfs hdd
