Is mkv ready for menu?

Hello, I have already sent this mail but unfortunetaly it seems that something wrong happend to it. So I resend it. I thougth that menu where readt in mkv and that you just have to finish the muxing tools. So i have post a request on the tcmp forum for a support of mkv menu via directshow filter. However someone told me that menu weren't ready. Is it true and if so what's the status about menu?
