Regarding converitn MKV files

Hi,

I would like to know if you have any converter that is able to convert for
instance a video that is in mkv format, but has dual audio channels. For
instance, anime. They have english and japanese audio channels which i can
choose when using vlc player.

However, i wish to convert them into a PSP format which is usually .mp4 with
japanese audio. Is that possible?
