MatroskaProp

Hi!
I work with VB6 and using MatroskaProp.dll (example taken from source). I
can not read the information from most of mkv-files - I get a parser, but
from FillParserObject  I get 1 ("the file isn't a valid Matroska file")

This is the header of the file from which I get the information:
