I'm sorry, I get the Media Haali from the authoritical-website: http://haali.su/mkv/MatroskaSplitter.exe , not the 3rd developer or software. The issue you have unfortunately isn't related to Matroska itself but to the splitter and GUI used with it. I would suggest you take this up with the makers of the Codec Pack you downloaded and ask if they could make adjustments. Would you please test this problem and change or re-edit the setting window in order to adapt to no-English Windows system?
