MPC playing some MKV film shown on image but sound only---help

Hi there,

I am using media player classic-home cinema 1.3.1774.0 play .mkv format
film, but only can hear the sound but can’t see any image.

However, this is not all the case since I playing other .mkv file it shown
on problem.

 

Someone can help me?
